One crew answers for the whole floor
Most flooring problems are handoff problems. The material is chosen by one company, the base is prepared by another, the installation is subcontracted to a third, and when a joint opens six months later nobody owns it.
AJAXX is organized to remove those seams. The same operation reviews the base, prepares it, installs the surface and answers for the transitions. That is why the project records on this site can show the slab before the floor: we were there for both.
Flooring is the base, not the ceiling
Flooring remains the foundation of the operation. Remodeling, kitchens and construction were added because projects kept arriving where the floor was the last step of a bigger job, and separating them created the same handoff problem in a different place.
What does not change with scope is the sequence: understand the base, protect it, close one zone before opening the next. A commercial corridor and a family house ask for different materials and the same discipline.
